At DEALHIVE OASIS, we strive to provide high-quality Screen print ready T-Shirt Design templates. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital downloads and templates cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• If the purchased file is corrupt or inaccessible (and we are unable to resolve the issue).
• If the wrong template was delivered, and we are unable to provide the correct file.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us at support.desk@dealhiveoasis.com within 7 days of purchase. Please provide your order details and a description of the issue.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a ban from future purchases.
